By Submitting this request I understand that I am solely responsible for adequately protecting and securing all my property, furniture, furnishings, equipment , containing from any loss or damage arising out of the repair work to be performed . I also agree to remove any pets from the premises or I will be there at the time of the repair is performed. I agree to make the premises available to the landlord and to his contractors at the time this repair is scheduled and I will not hold the Landlord responsible for any delays and for any further damage if access is not granted. I understand that repair charges may be applicable according to my lease and agree to pay the same together with the next rent payment.
