All information submitted is only to be used by the Landlord/Broker for the purpose of entering into a lease agreement and only for this purpose. No information is to be shared with any other entity except for a Credit Check Provider. Prospective tenants agree to pay a $100.00 Deposit per applicant, with this rental application. The deposit will be credited to the rent due at the time a lease is signed minus $45 per person for credit check fees. If a lease is not signed  for this or any other property we offer, the deposit is  not refundable. No other credits will be given nor any verbal agreements will be binding. If the lease starts on the first of the month, Tenants will pay the first month rent in advance and the security deposit plus additional deposit for pets, at  the time the lease is signed. If the lease starts before the first of the month then the  prorated rent for the days in the current month will be added to the first payment. Tenants also  agree, by submitting this application and by making the Deposit payment , to all of the above terms and conditions. This is the only agreement in force at this time between Landlord and prospective tenants or Broker and Prospective tenants. Any brokers fees are subject to  a separate agreement.
